| The Center of Concern is a not-for-profit agency located in northwest Cook County devoted to providing programs and services to those in need and helping the homebound and elderly retain their independence. On the following pages, you will find specific programs and services that may assist you or your loved ones in times of need. OUR MISSION The Mission of The Center of Concern, a nonprofit social service agency, is to provide Housing Solutions, Support Services and Counseling for Seniors, Disabled and others in need, enabling them to live with dignity and independence. OUR FOCUS The Center focuses on serving the needs of the elderly and homebound and on providing housing counseling and assistance. The Center offers services to all adults in the community who seek counseling and support as they look for solutions to their problems. |
