✨ Join the Center of Concern for an evening filled with food, friends, and fun as we celebrate together and honor our annual Center of Concern awardees! ✨
The Harvest Moon Festival will be on Saturday, September 24th at The Fairway (6676 W Howard St, Niles, IL 60714). Tickets include dinner and dessert, one drink ticket, and a full cash bar will be available. Enjoy live entertainment, enter to win amazing raffle prizes, try your luck in the 50-50 split-the-pot drawing, play fun games, and dance the night away!
6:00 PM cocktail hour with a cash bar will include one complimentary drink ticket.
7:00 PM plated dinner includes choice of:
・Chicken marsala
・ London broil
・Tilapia
Dinner will be served with a garden salad, minestrone soup, vegetables, roasted potatoes, and dessert with coffee and hot tea.
Live music with popular songs will provide the background music during dinner, and will turn up the volume for dancing and playing games into the night!
*This event will occur in accordance with all current public health guidelines which are subject to change. Given the vulnerable populations the Center of Concern serves, please do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of communicable illness.

In recognition of volunteers of the Center of Concern who are exemplary in volunteering their time and energy, this award is presented to those who support agency efforts through active participation in programs or services to support the community.
Dee Heinrich Award

This award honors the Center of Concern founder Dorothea “Dee” J. Heinrich and is presented to a longtime volunteer who continues the pioneering spirit of outstanding leadership, teamwork, and vision that Dee Heinrich brought to the agency and community.
Excellence in Leadership
Rudy and Cindi Smolka, Park Ridge
This annual award recognizes a community member who has exemplified leadership through invested involvement with the Center of Concern and has assisted our agency envision the future, identify paths to success, and carry out our mission to help those in need.
Partner of the Year
Cook County Department of Public Health
This award honors a local community organization that has supported the mission of the Center of Concern. The award is presented based on financial assistance, in-kind support, volunteer work, and positive interaction with the community and Center of Concern clients.
