Join the Center of Concern on a “Virtual Hayride – a Rockin’ Fall Harvest of Friends and Fun”, Saturday, October 10th, 7:00 P.M.
Jump on the Hayride, sit back, relax, and enjoy as we bring dinner and entertainment directly to your home while we raise critical funds in support of quality programs and services for your community! In the spirit of keeping everyone safe, The Center of Concern will be hosting our annual Fall Event – Virtually – Join the fun on your own or gather safely with a few friends.

The Virtual Hayride includes the following stops:
1st Stop: Welcome and Presentation of 2020 Center of Concern Awardees, Live from the Center of Concern. Executive Director, John McNabola, Event Co-Chair, Terika Richardson, Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, President of Central Chicagoland Patient Service Area and Center of Concern Board of Directors President, Patty Sheehan.
2nd Stop: FIB’s Brewery, enjoy a private tour of a unique local Des Plaines Brewery. Owners Greg and Dean will be featuring some of their favorite Fall ales.
3rd Stop: Pesche’s Garden Center, enjoy a quick overview of the garden center and watch a tutorial on how to create your very own front door fall arrangement.
4th Stop: Join honorary Co-Chair, Ron Onesti for a unique behind the scenes tour of the 95-year-old iconic Des Plaines Theatre.
5th Stop of the evening: Thank you, John McNabola. The winner of the split the pot will be drawn and the scarecrow contest winners announced.
Final Stop of the evening: Rockabilly concert: Rosie and the Rivets!
Purchase your tickets today for a chance to jump on the virtual hayride with our fellow community members. Ticket Prices: $60 – 1 ticket, $110 – 2 tickets, $210 – 4 tickets, $345 – 6 tickets, and $550 – 10 tickets. A purchase of 6 or more tickets will include a wine and dessert basket delivery to your location.
With your ticket purchase, the Hayride stops at your location to deliver your evening dinner: Choose from four entrée options and delivery time. Delivery times: 6:30-7:30 P.M. or 7:30-8:30 P.M.

Option 1: 3pc. Fried Chicken with house-made Coleslaw, Creamy Potato Salad, Roll & Mini Carrot Cake
Option 2: 1lb. Baby Back Ribs Dinner with house-made Coleslaw, Creamy Potato Salad, Roll & Mini Carrot Cake
Option 3: Caesar Salad (Romaine, Croutons, Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, Caesar Dressing) and Rigatoni Vodka with Tomato Cream Sauce and Cacio Ricotta Cheese
Option 4: Pasta e Fagioli Soup (Ditalini Pasta with Cannellini Beans in a Light Tomato Broth, and Pollo Limone (Boneless Chicken Breast/ Lemon and White Wine Sauce, and Mixed Vegetables.
Make sure to get your tickets for the 50/50 Harvest Split the Pot Raffle when you check out. The winner will be drawn during the 5th stop. $5 each or 6 for $20.
